PASTILLAJE PARA FLORES



- PASTILLAJE DE GELATINA : I Flores
La unica diferencia entre las 2 son las gomas.
Ingredientes:
- 2 cdas de gelatina (grenetina) sin sabor
- 1 taza de agua.
- Azúcar pulverizada, azúcar glass, (la necesaria aprox 1 kg)
- 1/8 cdita de glucosa.
- PASTILLAJE DE GELATINA: II
Ingredientes:
- 4 cdas de agua.
- 1 cda de gelatina (grenetina)
- 1/8 cda de glucosa.
- Una pizca de CMC. Seca menos rápido
azucar pulverizada la necesaria

Preparación:
En un tazón, hidratar la gelatina en el agua por 5 minutos. Agregar el resto de los ingredientes menos el azúcar, llevar al baño de Maria o a fuego medio. Dejar reposar y agregar sobre el azúcar. Amasar hasta obtener una textura suave.
